Do you have anything in writing about your hire? If it says you are “at will” you are probably out of luck. If you have anything in writing that seems to support your position, you may be able to take action, but given that you never really got started, you will probably just do better to move on.

However, are they paying you for what you DID do?

One last thing, you may get somewhere by being persistent. Pluck sometimes bears results. Memorial Day is coming, and people buy flowers for graves…

Im not too good at organizing or planning for a reception or ceremony decor so I need a little help. I am looking for a wedding planner but I’m on a budget. I do not know what is a good price to pay a wedding planner or even where to start. Some of the services that I would request are:

Decor Selection
Favors
Floral Design
LIghting and Sound
Rehearsal Dinner (maybe)
Rentals
Transportation
Venue Selection
Wedding Cake Selection

I do not expect the wedding planner to be able to provide all of these things of course but I do want them to be able to determine the best choice under my budget. I have yet to decide a budget because I do not know where to start yet. I am having the ceremony at my hometown church so the only thing I need help with there is decor.

Only if the Batista’sh is in the spring time. That dress is way to summery for the winter (now). But if you do wear that dress to the temple you will have to wear a shall over your shoulders. Your not aloud to have bear shoulders in temples.
