Wedding Planners – Raleigh, NC?

Question by : Wedding Planners – Raleigh, NC?
Im getting married next summer but can’t have an actual wedding until Spring 2013. My fiance is in the Air Force and we don’t want to plan for a wedding with no wiggle room or even an actual date to plan for. Even though my ceremony is another year and a half away, I want to get a head start on planning this extraordinary wedding. Due to the obstacles and loops we are about to go through this next year, I want to have the most beautiful ceremony that I deserve.

Im not too good at organizing or planning for a reception or ceremony decor so I need a little help. I am looking for a wedding planner but I’m on a budget. I do not know what is a good price to pay a wedding planner or even where to start. Some of the services that I would request are:

Decor Selection
Favors
Floral Design
LIghting and Sound
Rehearsal Dinner (maybe)
Rentals
Transportation
Venue Selection
Wedding Cake Selection

I do not expect the wedding planner to be able to provide all of these things of course but I do want them to be able to determine the best choice under my budget. I have yet to decide a budget because I do not know where to start yet. I am having the ceremony at my hometown church so the only thing I need help with there is decor.

If anyone knows of any planners in Raleigh, NC that I may contact, please let me know with thier business name, number and location or a website.

A wedding planner will cost about $ 100 per hour. Do you have that kind of money?
If your budget is not at least $ 25000, it probably would not make sense to use a wedding coordinator.
Instead recruit some close friends / relatives who have gotten married recently to help you get on the right tracks.

I know you DESIRE a very beautiful ceremony and you can acheive this with or without a wedding planner.
