This is a project for school – I’m brainstorming ideas that would set my concierge/personal assistant business apart from others. What are some extra features and cool ‘above-and-beyond’ things I could offer to clients that use our services?

There could be things as simple as special tickets to plays, shows, concerts, events. Reduced limo connections, special discounts, etc. You could also prepare them for events by discount shopping, salon services, etc. Other simple things such as a list of events and happenings going on around the area.
